These working terms are a draft for launch review. The contracting entity, applicable jurisdiction, business address, and final customer terms must be confirmed before purchases are accepted.

Commercial Work

Each engagement requires an agreed scope, price, deliverables, schedule, and cancellation terms. An inquiry is not a booking or payment obligation.

Creative Rights

Portfolio images, logos, writing, and recordings remain subject to their owners’ rights. Permission to use commissioned work is established in the project agreement.

Separate Nonprofit

The Living Garden Corp. has independent governance and finances. Charitable support belongs in its verified Zeffy system and does not purchase commercial services.

Educational Offerings
