For Talent

Let Your Work Be Seen.

Artists, models, actors, performers, and bands are welcome to introduce their work for directory consideration and booking opportunities.

Submit Your Work

A directory listing does not mean someone is signed to the agency. Representation is agreed separately; nonexclusive arrangements can be discussed.

Our Approach & Booking Process

Good work grows through clear expectations and mutual respect. We center BIPOC, neurodivergent, and women creatives and clients, and bring that care to every working relationship.

Clarity On All Sides

We discuss scope, compensation, timing, image usage, and project expectations before a booking is confirmed. Talent and hiring organizations should understand what they are agreeing to.

Respect For Boundaries

Consent, dignity, and direct communication belong throughout the process. We make room to discuss wardrobe, creative direction, and boundaries, and to raise concerns without being dismissed.

Access Without Assumptions

People communicate and work differently. We invite practical conversations about access, scheduling, and communication preferences, without requiring someone to disclose a diagnosis.

Human Decency, Both Ways

Models, artists, clients, and production teams deserve courtesy, fair treatment, and accountability. We aim to address questions and changes directly, with care for the people and the work.

The agency reviews each inquiry and discusses fit, availability, scope, compensation, usage, and any agency role before a booking is confirmed. Directory discovery, individual bookings, and ongoing representation are separate relationships.

Brief · Fit · Agreement

From Brief To Booking

Share your brief, dates, setting, budget, and intended usage. The agency discusses fit and availability with potential talent, then scopes compensation, responsibilities, and any agency role. The booking agreement identifies the client, talent or service provider, and the party coordinating the work. Directory inclusion remains separate from representation.
