About This Offering
Inside A Yoga Session
A yoga session shaped around the person or people practicing. Private, group, and workplace formats can make room for movement, breath awareness, and rest, with options discussed around your experience and access needs.
What We Can Explore
Begin by sharing what you want from the practice and what is comfortable for you. CEG can adapt the approach to the setting and offer choices throughout.
- Explore movement and positioning at a pace that fits your capacity.
- Work with breath awareness and rest without needing to perform a particular shape.
- Discuss adaptations, seating, and any props or space available before the session.
What To Expect
You can pause, change position, or decline an exercise. No previous yoga experience is required. This is an adaptable practice; a specific health outcome is not promised.
Before Your Session
Wear clothing you can move comfortably in. For a private session, share your intentions and access preferences; for a group, include the venue, audience, and approximate group size. Equipment and room setup are agreed in advance.
CEG completed 200-hour foundational and 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training at The Yoga Space with Michele Loew in 2020. View training and certificates
