About This Offering

A Space For Guided Rest

Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice that can be offered privately, with a group, or in a workplace gathering. You are invited to listen and rest without needing to move through a sequence of postures.

What We Can Explore

We discuss the environment, length, and comfort needs before beginning. The practice makes room for inward attention while preserving your ability to orient to the room.

  • Choose a seated or lying-down position that feels supportive.
  • Listen to the guidance without needing to follow every prompt.
  • Adjust, open your eyes, or return your attention to the room whenever you wish.

What To Expect

No prior experience is required. The session is guided rest, with no expectation that you fall asleep or reach a particular state. Group and workplace arrangements are planned with the host.

Before Your Session

Choose a space where you can rest comfortably. Discuss seating, cushions, blankets, sound, and access needs before the session so the setup fits the people taking part.

Before You Inquire

Prepare A Resting Space

For a hosted session, discuss a quiet space, seating or places to lie down, temperature, sound, access, and how people can leave or pause. Confirm group size, session length, and equipment responsibilities in advance.
