Notice Before Solving.
Listen for sensation and emotion. Separate the facts of a situation from the story your mind adds. Let rest and uncertainty be information.

Bring a notebook or a place to write. Set aside 5–10 unhurried minutes when you can, and return to the same four questions over 28 days. You can pause, skip a prompt, or begin again. There is no account to create and no journal information to submit.
Notice a few neutral or pleasant things around you and the support beneath you. Choose whether stillness, ordinary movement, water, space, or rest would help. If focusing inward becomes uncomfortable, stop and return to your surroundings.
This is an educational reflection practice. It does not replace medical or mental-health care. The four-week rhythm is a container for practice, rather than a deadline for change.
Write the date and a few honest words. “Unclear” is a complete answer. These same prompts return each day:
What is present in my body and emotions?
What need, value, truth, or boundary is asking to be honored?
What is one small aligned action I can take today?
How do I want to feel as I move through this day?
Choose one word to carry with you. Small, honest answers are enough.
Days 1–7 · Identify
Listen for sensation and emotion. Separate the facts of a situation from the story your mind adds. Let rest and uncertainty be information.
Days 8–14 · Align
Consider the need, value, truth, or boundary asking for care. Choose one clear intention without forcing an outcome.
Days 15–21 · Move
Choose one observable action, restorative choice, conversation, boundary, or request for support that fits your capacity.
Days 22–28 · Become
Notice what repeated choices are teaching you. Reflect on what to carry forward, what to release, and where to begin again.
Review your notes for recurring sensations, needs, actions, and shifts. Record only what helps you see a pattern. You can use seasonal language—winter, spring, summer, autumn—as an optional reflection lens; bodies and cycles vary.
Finish the sentence: I am becoming someone who… Return to the practice whenever it supports you.
