Include your date or timeframe, location, audience, desired role, appearance length, technical setup, and budget. A hosting brief might ask for an opening welcome, artist introductions, and closing remarks; this is an example to scope together, not a fixed package. For vocals, include the recording or song brief and intended usage. For DJ or band work, include music direction and sound requirements.
